trade fair is held in London each November, UK national and regional
tourist boards attend amongst thousands of other international
travel and tourism organisations. It is worth a visit if only to
understand the international tourism business at close quarters.
ITB
(www.itb-berlin.de)
trade fair the major European travel market, is held in Berlin each
March. Attendance is expensive but very useful if you wish to
understand the European marketplace.
The
major Dutch exhibition - trade and public - is Vakantie, (www.vakantiebeurs.nl)
usually held in Utrecht in January - often seen to specialise in
small-scale and sustainable tourism offers.
The
Daily Telegraph consumer travel show, Destinations takes place in
February in London (www.destinationsshow.com)

and Independent:
The
two UK adventure/Independent travel consumer shows are the Daily
